URGENT NOTICE

The Future of Circles Phenomenon Research in serious doubt – Urgent Appeal

Office closing

This is an urgent notice to friends who in the past have supported crop circle research conducted by Circles Phenomenon Research International under the auspices of Colin Andrews since 1983.

The future of this two decades of research is about to come to an incomplete end due to the lack of funds.

When research began more than two decades ago, we knew only that farmers in the counties of Wiltshire and Hampshire, England, were discovering circles in their fields. Nobody knew how these circles arrived there. Thanks to a huge commitment on his part Colin Andrews spent all his spare time gathering data around southern England, and then around the world. In 1990 he resigned his senior position in regional government in England and took on full time what by then had become his passion.  Today Colin lives in Connecticut, USA, and is still working every day on this enigma.

A great deal has been achieved since Colin began his work. He is responsible for enlisting the help of many scientists and incorporating professional disciplines to study the phenomenon, and even advised the British government when he agreed to supply reports to the Margaret Thatcher cabinet.  Colin published his early findings with his co-author, Pat Delgado, in their first book, Circular Evidence; their follow-up book, The Latest Evidence, was released in 1990. Colin’s conclusions to date can be found in his most recent book, Crop Circles – Signs of Contact.

It is ironic and greatly disappointing that the planned research for 2004, which was designed to bring all the major findings together, does not have sufficient funding to proceed. Worse is the fact that unless funds are secured within the next four weeks, the complete operation will close, along with the C.P.R.I. offices in Andover, England and Branford, Connecticut, USA.

In Crop Circles – Signs of Contact, Colin reveals why he believes the mystery is intertwined with, and indeed was destined to lead to, the enormously dangerous times we now live in. This final and hopefully proving year is vitally important as the one in which the mystery of the crop circles should be revealed for the good of humanity. It will be a year like no other for human crop circle makers, researchers, and others with like minds as they come together and set the “proving” into motion.

The C.P.R.I. 2004 research program was planned to study and understand the meaning behind the following documented evidence:

1. Unexplained “orbs” seen in the vicinity of crop circles being made.

2. Measurable changes in brainwave activity of some humans when they walk across the profile of some circles.

3. The intrinsic linking of the dowsing effect and brainwave activity.

4. Magnetic field patterns remarkably similar to, and associated with, some of the crop designs.

5. The large number of man-made crop patterns and the small percentage not of human origin; both are equally important.

6. The inexplicable interaction with an unknown intelligence in both man-made crop circles and those not made by humans.

The interaction is the key to the whole phenomenon, man-made and not, and is something that can be studied, proven and utilized. Colin believes that the hand of a parallel mind which bridges the human experience and off planet intelligence could be the final answer to this enigma that has been recorded for at least the past 400 years.

It is obviously of the most profound sadness, therefore, that by the end of March all research efforts will come to an end, if funds are not found.

Colin has donated all of his own funds, and family members have also helped out. All proceeds from crop circle merchandise sales have also been donated, but it is simply not enough.

The C.P.R.I. PO box is closed forthwith, and the office in Branford will close at the end of March. All correspondence should now be forwarded to:

If you are able to make a research contribution of any size, it will be greatly appreciated.  Any contribution in access of $20 will receive a CD-ROM of all the crop circle photographs taken from the reconnaissance flights during 2004, assuming we can pull this off together.
